We are collaborating
Oboissimo is a leading Czech dealer of oboes, bassoons and accessories. Together with Oboissimo, we co-organize the Czech Double Reed Symposium. Among other things, Oboissimo offers a discount to members of our association for purchases through their web portal. It supports our competitions and music courses financially or materially.
Wind instrument manufacturer Buffet Crampon supports oboe and bassoon playing through the sponsorship of the Czech Double Reed Society (ČSDN). The company has lent a Schreiber bassoon to the Czech double reed association for talented students to borrow free of charge, and they also facilitated a favorable purchase of a Buffet Crampon oboe for us. Furthermore, they sponsor our association financially every year.
A German bassoon manufacturer with a Czech history (the company was based in the Czech border region – Kraslice) supports bassoon playing in the Czech Republic. The company has lent the association a professional Püchner 23 bassoon, serial no. 16472, which the association provides free of charge to talented young bassoonists. This cooperation, named „P50,“ celebrates the brand's presence in Bohemia for 50 years starting from 1898. Since 2024, the bassoon has been played by Antonín Soukup, a student at the Prague Conservatory and HAMU.
Bernd Moosmann is a great supporter of bassoon playing in the Czech Republic. He regularly contributes financially and with material gifts to the organization of the ČSDN Interpretation Competition in the fields of oboe and bassoon.
Roman Zlesák provides service and repairs for musical instruments, including the oboe and bassoon. He regularly attends projects of the Czech Double Reed Society, where he services the instruments of our participants.
